Dabell & Co will find a suitable tenant quickly and ensure that your property is presented and marketed well with time and effort given to the presentation of your property via both the photographs taken and the written summary. We advertise and promote your property locally, on our website, through social networking sites and nationally online.

Tenant Finder Service – Just £390 NO VAT

Includes:

  • Professional photography, written summary and marketing on our website, on social media and via rightmove and other online portals.
  • Accompanied viewings/feedback. Including out of hours and weekend viewings.
  • Tenant selection process, right to rent checks, vetting and credit checks.
  • Collection of first months rent. Collection of deposit and placement of deposit with DPS (Deposit Protection Service).
  • Preparation and signing of tenancy agreement.
  • Check in inventory and photo reports.

Includes:

  • Transfer of utilities.
  • 3 monthly inspections and written reports.
  • Managing certifications, ie gas safety etc.
  • Managing maintenance and emergency repairs/assistance.
  • Collection of monthly rent. Pursue rent arrears. Provide advice on action for non payment of rent.
  • Liaising with tenants.
  • Managing checkouts.
